There are many companies that end up on the pink sheets for a stretch that come back and do fine. There are just as many (if not more) that never come back.

Basically, its a bottom line issue in most circumstances. Can the company deliver bottom line results to justify being a publicly traded company? If not, then you will lose your investment if you hold all the way down as the stock gets delisted.

Right now, there is doubt as to whether or not SPSN can make money and this is being reflected in the stock price. Its a little premature to be talking pink sheets for SPSN.
