I have followed you market projections long enough to be very impressed but I would suggest that you consider the source of the tech bubble in the 90s. It was clearly the result of the Telecom deregulation. It just took about 10 years to get going but, once moving, it involved some of the most extreme malinvestment we have known. The Reagan Administration may have been responsible for deregulation but it was the Clinton Administration that benefited the most.

For all of growth that has occurred during the past 25+ years, very few real technological breakthroughs have occured. Nearly every advancement we have had was based on work the Bell Labs. And while the name still exist in some circles, the capability of the labs is gone.

I don't see anything in the Tech area that would motivate a boom similar to the boom of the 90s.
