'he said he only thing missing now is official fiscal policy to put a floor under real estate prices' Too late for Florida. I wonder if more of these 'suits' have seen how far prices have really fallen in the ground zero markets. Yet every clown on the boob tube talks about 15-20% drops as if that is the armageddon. This has been unprecedented.. Too bad no one on this board is in the central valley of CA to give us an update there..
