Sounds great WD - I'll take a closer look. From past experience, if you're in touch with the company, when companies get added to this Ameritrade list, it takes a year or more to get off. I'm not sure if they have any appeal process. Part of it seems to be computer generated based on a sudden increase in volume. Others have told me that they look for facts such as shares being brought in by insiders in conjunction with promotion. I'm not sure they put that much effort into it. The key though is that volume dries up and people are hesitant to buy. In any event, best of luck with it.
