THe CEO was making blatantly false statements about the state of the company right up until the ax fell on the shareholders. Is he going to get away with this because it would have caused a panic if he had told the truth? Or had even just shut his idiot mouth up? If this guy doesn't spend some jail time we don't have a stock market, we have a sad sad sucker's game.
