I'll see if I can find out the latest info, it would not surprise me if they had changed direction. Here is part of the original quote:

A gazelle can switch directions pretty fast, which one neeeds to be able to do in todays high tech environment, prior to mass deployment.

Next I expect someone to ask, how anyone could have Dr. Cioffi's
