'Twas going to be 0.7429 shares Spansion and $6.05. See google.com Now it's 0.7238 shares and ~$6.20. The share difference, 0.0191 shares is only worth $0.044, so that's an extra dime per SFUN share in my pocket. I was beginning to have nightmares that the "marketable securities" on SFUN's balance sheet were in Bear Stearns stock. :o) Petz
