Yes JM I think the NASD being down is contributing to the decline in TLAB..... Usually when a stock is in an uptrend it will go up on any bullish news no matter how insignificant it might be.. Same thing in reverse in downtrends. However when a stock sells off on bullish news it is not a good in my opinion!!
