None of those apply to organizations that are meerly teaching a radical version of Islam. And in fact apply the laws in such a way (when there is no evidence that the Madrassa or other religious institution participated in or directly supported terrorist activity) would probably run afoul of the 1st amendment.

What does that mean? what type of specific action. Say some rich Saudi company owner wants to give a million to a radical religious school in Pakistan. Would you tell the Saudi government "Stop him or we won't defend you if your ever attacked or threatened in the future"??
