Always fraud Kim. That's why the population of lawyers to ordinary people keeps growing. The numbers are just bigger. Too many people listening to gurus that will skin them alive. The markets have been heavily manipulated. Those that don't think the MM's are doing a number on the market are living in a different world from what I see. I spend all of my time reading the net and info on stock trades. Manipulation is so common, that it makes it difficult for an honest broker to make a living. That is if there are any left. You have to follow the swings. Right now is probably the greatest opportunity to make a ton of money, if you have the stomach for it. I didn't catch the bottom of the bond markets I follow and trade, but I came close. The year in payouts generated approx 20% return on my money last year. The EFT's will have a gang buster market at least the next year and a half. Everything will depend on who sits in the white house to determine the longevity of the push that now has a foundation.
