"If they are training suicide bombers sure. But merely inspiring them with radical versions of a religion isn't directly "turning out suicide bombers".

A distinction without much meaning (under the clear language of those US regulations concerning 'financial support of terrorism').

If that is where those suicide bombers are graduating from, being recruited from, than it isn't all that hard to draw the line connecting them, action and financing to result.

Have the Saudis spent tens of Billions of dollars 'defending' America recently, and that we somehow escaped hearing about?

It's idiotic to defend people who are acting to increase your problems....
