Really? Where in the US code or in relevant regulation does it say "teaching religious extremism" is "terrorism"?

If it does say that than its wrong, but I assert that it says no such thing.

It's idiotic to defend people who are acting to increase your problems...

Not always. Not if not defending them might cause someone else to increase your problems even more, or if defending them causes them to increase your problems less.

BTW, I'm not saying we shouldn't pressure Saudi on issues like this, only that we can't expect to dictate to them. Also its unreasonable for us to try to get them to outlaw actions that would be constitutionally protected if done by US citizens.
