Justin,

When I talked about shell, I am refering those things: how desktop is organized, how startbar are implemented, how I can access the info on my hard drive, etc. Basically, all those have nothing to do with IE although it may called IE shell. That's why I think I would like to upgrade to IE4 shell if I am a Win95 user. Here I am not talking about browser. I don't know how deep the integrated is, but it seems from the posters here, you still can install and use NN if you want. So it doesn't block to use other browser. As for bundling, I do think browser should be bundled in OS just like notepad and all other accessories. Nowaday, browser has become the very day life of computer. I almost always opened up IE (or leave it open all the time) when start my machine. All the info. I want are either on internet or our corporate net. If I bought a new machine, I really want I can start right a way just like I can read a readme file using notepad. It is a pain that I have to install an editor or a browser to make it work. This is just my opinion, I think it is better for consumer. If you are an average comsumer and you don't have any biased opinion about MSFT, do you really like to go out and buy an editor, a browser and other useful stuff after you purchase a new machine and OS?

As for business, I think we do want to beat NSCP because they challeged us and tried to put us out of business first. The best defence is offence. They can fire, they should prepare to take fire.
There is no absolutely fairness in the world. You attacked me with a knife, don't be surprised if I use a big gun to fight back. There is no fairness and ethical involved. In this world, I believe stronger survives and stronger makes rules. Why US and a dozen other big countries can punish Iraq for their wrong doing? Because US are much stronger, if it were USSR before, would you think US can do the same to USSR?
