"basically means "we can send you to prison if we feel like it"." Or, as in this case, since we are talking about the provisions of laws referring to financial crimes and terrorism... it means 'we can freeze your accounts' and or put you on terrorism watch lists and such... ban your access to Western banking networks or travel within our domains. "Contributing to a religion doesn't violate any law on the books..." You are the only one who keeps repeating this about 'contributing to a RELIGION', whereas I never said any such thing. You are creating a Straw Man to argue with. What I have said is this: ...funding the Madrassas that train and exhort jihadists into crossing the border and attacking Allied forces.... Which is considerably different then merely 'contributing to a religion'. :-(
