FUTURE POTENTIAL

The company plans to continue to acquire additional business and technologies that provide additional services or products, market segments or geographic regions in which the company is not currently active. This would allow expansion of current services offered to its clients and increase the support of existing and future services offered.

While the software system was originally developed for use in the magazine industry, services have been provided in connection with integrated magazine and confection displays and can be adaptable with most other consumer products. The company intends to offer its services for use in other consumer products, such as soft drinks and batteries.

Expansion into these areas enables the company to provide consulting services to retailers, as they currently do for Kmart Corporation, in which the following services are provided with respect to reconfiguration of display fixtures in the checkout area of the stores:

-Fixture Design
-Product Selection
-Plan-O-Gramming
-Vendor Negotiation
-Vendor Billing and Collection
-Fixture Prototype Review
-Supervision of Fixture Installation

Anticipating the informational needs of current and potential clients is a priority and development and introduction of new and enhanced products and services, in a timely manner, will allow for continued growth and future success.
