True in general, but what do you think happened to BSC debt
that got defaulted on? Quite a few bottom callers emerge every
time the buck rallies a little. This is a dollar crisis.
The Fed drained SOMA 25 billion in March (which is
deflationary), but they lent out 60% of it already. As
rates fall, they are bound to lend more. What do
you think happens when that share approaches 100%?
