Chinese law is a book 1 inch thick. french law is a book 16 feet long. Perhaps a ruling as to how stupid this brief is would come sooner... More to the point. The case is in a UK court between a Finnish and US company. What the heck does French law have to do with this anyway? And this is the amended comp[laint to a US DElaware court case? Even more of What the heck does French law have to do with it? Why is a delaware case being heard in France?
