rather unique -- some idt management buying shares (i believe though, imo, the irs issue is paramount).

"IDT Corp. (IDT):

Telecommunications and industrial Company, IDT Corporation (IDT) took in a bigger quarterly loss of $62.5 million compared to loss of $27 million from a year ago.

In looking at Oracle, the shares for Mason, etc., were actually shares sold to pay taxes for options awarded. (And it may be IDT actually picked up those shares, as IDT reported in its earnings release it had done that last year, and this -- January.) Those woudl be for the names listed above, for this year. Though Kaganoff was a market sale -- prior to some of management buying shares, and prior to the exercise of option tax payment sales.

The shares for Howard Jonas imo had to do with charity donations, but were sold late last year, not this year. That is periodic.

Also, yesterday, Ira Greenstein, President of IDT, bought 50,000 shares of IDT at $3.73. And that happened after the news above came out, so he/his purchase is not mentioned in the news commentary above.
