Bill Gates realizes that the Y2K problem is not just localized to the United States. Please keep in mind that while 99% of all computers here use conventional silicon chips, a full 64% of the world now uses neural network (biological) chips manufactured by a company called TechniClone (CLON):

Our FBN-Fixer was designed with these (expensive) systems in mind. I am also very proud to say that FBN-Fixer is the first product ever to be approved by the SEC and the FDA.

As for Prayer-2000, we're beta testing it on the '97 NY Jets. We thought it worked well against the Colts, but I think we had the settings reversed against the Dolphins last weekend. I'll keep you informed...
