Like I said: In all of my statements I referred to fundamentalist Whabbist Madrassas (which are financed by Whabbist Saudis and a few Gulf Sunnis) that 'crank out suicide bombers and insurgents who cross the borders to attack Allied forces'.

And I pointed out that that certainly meets the financial crimes (support of terrorism, etc.) threshold under US regulations.

Obviously, any religious institutions which did not regularly turn-out such large numbers of 'cannon fodder' for Jihadist attacks in their graduating classes would not be at issue.
