The patents are "pending" which doesn't necessarily mean that their process is patent worthy. Submission of an item for a patent permits that phrase to be used but doesn't even mean that the patent people have looked at the claim yet. It seems to me that the PR piece just reiterates information about capabilities and implies nothing about being any closer to a paying customer. I'm foreseeing another RS in our near future unless they land contracts that aren't clouded in anonymity to preclude real analysis of what they might be up to. JMHO Pat
