1. Your behavor and attitude are just like a datek insider. If you find someone misunderstood datek, you can just point out. But for you datek is always right whatever they are doing. It is your "perfection". Complaints always got attacks from you. Only that you don't have an email address from datek.
2. Don't call others idiots, or you need more education.
3. If cybertrader is available now, it is better than datek. And I suggest datek doing same thing to keep customers, to offer better services for higher prices (while keep the current service and prices for those who are satisfactory).
4. Customers have rights to complain while you don't have right not to let them complain.
5. As customers, we like better services, no matter datek or cybertrader.
