The distinction between that and just preaching hatred is unclear. "Cranking out suicide bombers", might mean actually training and preparing them, or it might be used just to describe inspiring them. If the former, than that wasn't the schools I was talking about (and I don't think the schools generally do that themselves). If just the later it doesn't mean the threshold your talking about under US law.
