Patrick: They haven't filed for the patents yet. The PR stated: "Upon filing and receipt of the "patent pendings" from the US Patent Office, in the second quarter of 2008". If you search the US Patent Office website under pending patents, there's nothing there for Edward Rutkowski (or Daniel Green) that relates to this technology.
