Craig, re: According to a BusinessWire summary of what Sanders presented as AMD's roadmap, "AMD plans for the AMD-K7 processor to be assembled in a module mechanically interchangeable with Intel's single-edge connector--"Slot 1"--module . . ." It's also an admission by AMD that Slot 7 will soon be dead and Slot 1 (PIIs) are here to stay. joey
