AJ volume traded in London on friday was 179,000. Yesterday (monday) was a public holiday here. The price in London is now £2.38 bid, £2.43 offered. This equates to a dollar price of about 3 11/16.
This is higher than the Nasdaq price where at the moment the minority of shares are traded. If you want to sell, London is the place to do it. The spread is also much narrower in London (just 5p or 7 1/2 US cents).
Why are the spreads between the bid and offer price so large on Nasdaq ?
