The GOP has been hijacked by rightwing corporate extremists and most want their party back. After al, the Bushie rightrwing has done this country more harm than 100 Al Qaidas ever could.

The problem is, the rightwing corporate extremists still control the partyy machine, including it's billion dollar media echo chamber where they regularly lie to each other and the American people.

McCain isn't much of a reformer anymore, so he won't make much differnce either way, but the Republicans I know are totally disgusted with Bush-cheney and all of the rest of the crooks and liars. Expect millions of former Republicans to switch parties this year. Recent polls show a new 14% gap between those who call themselves Dems vs. Republicans. You can blame that on Bush-Cheney and all the rest of the crooked rightwing fascists.
