If the war is the correct idea it shouldn't be cut.

Good or bad, we can't afford the war. Getting massages is good for you by reducing stress but if you can't afford them, then in the end, they will prove to be a negative. The war is breaking the bank and must be stopped......or we will go the way of Rome.
