Well, that presumes that David Duke and Jeremiah Wright are equivalents. I don't accept that premise.

Do I need to go into my reasons, or can you see what I'm driving at?

But even given that I disagree with the premise, I'll respond.

I would see no reason to assume that just because a person has associated with David Duke, they must be getting their political ideas from him. It would be especially foolish to make such a leap of logic in the face of ample evidence to the contrary, such as if a Repulican candidate had written a book about his political views, which bore no resemblance to the views of David Duke.
