Selected Wall St. scum have gotten lots of taxpayer moolah. I am trying to divine their intentions.

I think they'll first scare the unsophisticated commodities speculators silly, giving us what we are seeing now.

Then we'll see, I think, more direness, more gloom, more opportunities, all within a month or so.
