The type that are wary of the influence of the military-industrial complex? I think they may be hiding under a rock somewhere. If we have any leaders left that believe in Eisenhower's philosophy, they are laying really low. Too bad for America.

I keep wondering why the Republicans didn't run a real moderate... Eisenhower type Republican. I think he would have run away with the nomination, and had a good chance in the general. They must see that Bush clones are going to be a tough sell.
