This is what keeps me interested in AquaGold >
1. A new website is in the works.
2. An audit for financials is underway with the already hired new CPA firm.
3. Beginning the move to OCTBB, OTCQX or AMEX.
4. 8 years of contracts in China. Guessing approximately $800,000,000 in contract revenue.
5. AG is the only spring water being imported to China.
6. AG has in place Chinese Governmental Approval for water content, details of bottle labels, Import Licenses etc.
7. AG's water is tested, consistent and comes from virtually an inexhaustable supply.
8. AG can produce 40,000,000 cases per year.
9. Demand is much, much higher than expected.
10. AG is considering producing a new water, under a new brand (not Premium Spring Water) in the future.
11. The share structure remains the same, no dilution and no reverse split.
12. The bottled water market is HUGE in China. There's much room for growth.
13. A Massive Media Blitz will be underway immediately following the symbol change.
14. It's rumored more investors are in the wings, waiting for the Official symbol change to buy and maybe they can absorb the float.
15. $1.00 is the short term PPS goal.
16. AG may be providing water to some Canadian Olympic Teams this summer in Beijing.
17. It is rumored AG is forming "AquaGold China" for the purpose of effeciently and professionally receiving revenue from sales and contracts.
18. It's also rumored that AG has the biggest distributor in China.
19. It is rumored that Manuel Da Silva will not give exclusitivity rights to anyone.
20. AG is now working with 3 bottling plants.
21. Chinese officials have summoned Manuel Da Silva for an emergency meeting to China with the Olympic committee.
22. EDS has been granted an official invitation to Shanghai China for exclusive meetings and interviews with Chinese officials regarding AquaGold International and the China fresh water scarcity problem.
As I said, some of the above are rumors and some are facts that we now know.
It will be interesting to see which of these rumors come true and how long it might take to unfold.
In any case, I believe we have an exceptional Pink Sheet Company here with obvious REAL POTENTIAL, solid/experienced management with a plan and vision, great demand for the product, a successful network in China that's established Governmental and business relationships for years now, etc. We even have a responsible IR department backing AquaGold up, putting their credibility on the line. |
