Whether that gaffe was jet lag and sleep deprivation on a junket or true confusion The thing is, a strenuous campaign and then the rigors of being President compounded by his age might make such 'gaffes' much more common - for any of the reason you give. (Thanks for the word - I wanted it but couldn't remember spelling). Problem is, I don't see anything happening on the Dem side except more confusion and division Agree. And that is why I think the super DUPER delegates need to get together now and come to a consensus. If they can't accomplish that small feat, perhaps they shouldn't lead the country. Arrrg.
