Well..... Not sure about which upstart..... I am more concerned...that this has become a commodity...and therefore, once that happens, unless you are the big gorilla on the block or at least the niche leader.....you'll have no pricing (profit margin) advantage.... commoditization is the killer of all great ideas....meaning....it rapidly reduces return on investment as folks fight for market share.... not good for a weak company like s1... The loss of their lead via the implementation screw up....hurt them a lot in this regard.... but who knows..... guess we'll see... but as before, the risk reward ratio for owning this at the moment is too dicey for me.... take care Joel
