It probably gets much worse in NYC which is a late stage bust? Reference to where we are in parts of FL that have been going down for well over 2 years and it ain't so bad as doom and gloomers make it out to be. Certainly no depression except for folks in the building and mortgage industry. Still roads are packed, most folks are employed and getting squeezed on all sides by everything rising except the one thing most important to them that they expected to rise...
