Privatize profits and socialize losses. Deregulate as long as the shit doesn't hit the fan ushering in a great depression, S&L debacle or subprime crisis. Why does this always happen when Republicans have control? Regulations considered 'liberal' along with some oversight from Congress and watchdogs in the entire banking system are a must. They were all asleep at the wheel in 2004-06..
