split up into 100 companies, charge each one 1%, send each company off with a war chest of $200M for legal fees and see how FRANDLY that one is. You're serious? Really?... I can think of a better thing to do with $20B in cash than finance 100 stables of lawyers. For example, whilst less emotionally fulfilling, wouldn't it be better to silence NOK with a 1 B$ discount on their royalty rate (disguised as Qualcomm's view of the tremendous value of Nokia's patents) and spend the other 19 B$ on R&D??? I don't know about you, but I could dream up a ton of patents for 19 B$!
