How is it such a stretch to think they've done similar experiments with AIDS? Because AIDS originated in Africa, not the US? And because, in the US, AIDS went through the gay population long before it got around to the black population? And because there was no group of people found implementing the start and spread on behalf of US? Need more reasons? The accusation is risible. At best, past experience is evidence that the US might be capable taking such a step, a basis for distrust. But every single indication is that it was a natural occurrence, one that doesn't discriminate based on race. There is no evidence to the contrary. No rational person makes such an accusation with nothing but distrust.
