This stock has not moved today on the news that moving CAWS and ATEL, which is that the FCC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that would allow 2-way use of the MMDS spectrum.. I believe that HART would benefit greatly, probably more than even CAWS and ATEL since HART's properties are more in rural areas where they will not have the competitive pressures for bypass telco and data service that an urban area will have. I don't see LMDS build out in HART's areas for years and years, if ever and I also doubt there will be local wireline competition to the RBOC's, so HART could have a field day in their markets, IMHO.
