Stan, your point about a so-called illegal conspiracy is well taken, but there may be other grounds for conspiracy, such as price fixing (downward fixing of royalty rates, in this case).

The denial by Nokia that there is such a thing as "Project Stockholm" sounds like a non-denial denial. If nothing else, it offers a basis for discovery proceedings that could be embarrassing indeed for Nokia.
