Since there has been a change in Q's legal staff I can only hope that it is not making the same misguided mistake as their predecessors. That is, shoot buckshot at the target, and then look ridiculous when it misses.

The fundamental problem that we as investors face is that it is very tough to have any faith in Qualcomm's lawyers anymore. If they had filed this suit three years ago, I would have assumed that it was based on some sort of tangible evidence. Now? I have no reason to place that kind of faith in Q's management.

The more I think about it, the shorter the leash should be getting for PJ.
