Still own a lot of SORL, though underwater. Looking at the 10K, it seems that SORL books revenue on an accrual basis. That means they are incurring expenses ahead of collecting cash. With the factory acquisition, it will make working capital even tighter. All this could be putting pressure on the stock as investors become doubtful about the ability for SORL to actually realize revenue and get cash given macroevents.

The positive part is that their customer base is pretty broad, making the likelihood of default on a major part of their revenue low.

I guess we'll find out next week what happens in their March 27th earnings report.
