Cold War II ? More like standard big power games. Watch how many of these items (and others not seen) get reversed or minimized in return for certain Russian actions in the Middle East. This won't happen until there is a deal with Iran, however.

Meanwhile, expect the US to try to collect a pile of bargaining chips - things that annoy the Russians, but can be largely reversed, like the missels shield expansion, recognition for Kosovo, but maybe no or limited arms aid, etc.
