marcher, but up a lb every week leads to some decent gains over the course of a year.* as for the memory issue... ya got me on that one. ;-) * it is basically the frog in slowly boiling water concept where the heat is the weight and frog is your muscles... it sucks to have your muscles jump out of the water before it boils... errrr, something like that.
