Nobody hired Livinston. Livingstone, yes. Ken Starr did a thorough investigation and found NO CRIMINAL activity. Starr is not a Clinton fan. If the GOP has any claims to not being a crime family, why not hire an independent prosecutor, who hates Bush as much as Starr hated the Clintons, to investigate the passport scam? Yet, the right is trying to stonewall and cover up, as always.
