I wanted to access where i am. My plan bench press 25 sets 25 reps 25 seconds betwwen sets, low weight 95lbs. First 6 sets no problem Then in 7th set twinge started in left rotator cuff. Solution got tennis ball and put it between my left rotor cuff and wall then pressed all my weight as hard as i can into it for 20 seconds in between sets. It worked did 25X25= 625 reps. Next time i do this i will use 135. assessment: chest pumped but very light workout. Have to rehab lrc before i go for my personal record bench press. Then went to triceps since they were already bursting, get them out of the way. I was doing skullcrushers sitting in a chair 1 set each of 20 reps starting @ 20,30,40 50,60,70lbs. 2 sets of 10 reps 80,90lbs. only could do 5 reps with the ninty today as my tris were fried.
