Higher energy prices will help keep nothing here. The energy prices in China and India are not cheaper than here in the US. I am not sure how sincere Bush and Cheney are in making an attempt to keep oil prices low. I remember Clinton using the reserves to tell the Arabs to control the prices. The demand has in India and China has increased all right. But the runaway price increase is not proportional to the increase. You think the Iraq war costs has something to do?
