My main concern is that the Supreme Court determined that the right to life is no longer binding on the US government. " IF she is growing her own, there is no control. WHat keeps her sons and grandsons etc from helping themselves to Granny's stash?" What is to keep them from ripping off ANY drug she might have? Every painkiller is abused in the US. People do that. The fear that someone unauthorized might steal it is not a reason to require people to stay in pain. Growing in CA is restricted as to how many plants etc.. Patients tend to protect their limited supply. To insure they have what they need for their own use.
