zeus, i didn't ask that. i asked about your improvement from mid december until now.

i've never put forth my numbers as indicating i'm strong - i'm not that strong. i'm pretty darn weak compared to anybody reasonably athletic. after all, i've worked out for 9 months out of the last 19 years - sheesh.

your total number of plan reps are impressive. i prefer to reduce reps with each set so that each set is closer to my "no mas" point, but reasonable approaches can vary. lots of folks do 10/10/10 and progress.

ideally, i'd like to add in a few lower weight, high rep days to add more variation into my plan, but that's just adds extra strain to my elbow weightlifting injury that occurred before i ever started lifting weights. you'll have to tell me how that happened someday. ;-)

209 lbs on a 6'3" frame indicates you are a pretty muscular guy. given that you claim your diet is good and given the amount of exercise you get, you must be solid as a rock with single digit body fat. michael jordan was scoring 69 points on the celtics at 6'6", 200 lbs.

i've never done steroids in my life. why would you think i've done steroids? i don't even like taking aspirin and i haven't even taken that in the last year.

my diet allegedly does elevate testosterone and hgh, though. however, this is allegedly the natural state of a hormonally balanced body, not the current SAD (standard american diet) state of dietary affairs.
