Premier Gold to me is the essence of an undervalued gold junior in today's crappy market for junior resource stocks. Tremendous potential that has already been partially shown through drill results in JV with Goldcorp directly adjacent to the fabulous red Lake mine. just starting to drill in the Geraldton camp, where PG has secured arrangement to own 70 percent of large camp assembled by Roxmark. Roxmark carried at 30 percent. Initial drill results March 3 showed spectacular grades over narrow sections along 400 meters adjacent to historic Little Long Lac Mine. * I can see the possiblity for trucking ore to Roxmark's existing, licensed, and operating mill at Northern Empire mine, which is NOT part of the JV but is not that far away. * I can see possibility for PG buying out RMK, which has a current market cap of just $22 mm. (131 mm shs times 17 cents). * PG management led by Ewan Downie has strong track record, backing by Goldcorp. Premier was a spin out of Ontario properties previously owned by Wolfden, a successful exploration company. On balance volume has remained strong despite price decline. stockcharts.com Not sure how much cash they have left. Would like to know. Cash was roughly $19-$20 million in October 07. Looks like 68 mm shares. Priced in the pits at 1.82 a share, marekt cap is only $124 mm. Insider Shareholders account for 25 percent of stock including management, Inmet, Goldcorp. I have been in and out of this stock before, at a loss. I may accumulate some of it during this current unpleasantness in the gold market. Michael
